Terms and conditions

By using and/or visiting kvickekvacke.com and it’s services, you, or the company you represent, accept and agree to be bound by our User Agreement valid in the moment of purchase or website visit, which constitutes (1) these Terms and conditions and (2) the Privacy policy incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. If you do not agree to all aspects of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy, please do not use our website.

You affirm that (1) you are fully able and competent to enter into the Terms and conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this User Agreement, (2) you are fully able and competent to form legally binding contracts under applicable law and that (3) you abide by and comply with this User Agreement.

If you use kvickekvacke.com on behalf of an organization or other entity, then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement and that you agree to this User Agreement on the entity’s behalf.

Any personal information submitted in connection with your use of kvickekvacke.com is subject to our Privacy policy.

Products in kvickekvacke.com webstore are presented on photography. Due to the natural properties of wood and its texture the actual color can vary slightly. The color of products is at the same time dependent on your monitor settings. Each product is described with its dimensions, materials used and its price. Since all the products are handmade, there is mainly only one piece of each available.

Prices in kvickekvacke.com webstore are given in Euro currency exclusive of the tax and can change anytime without previous notice. In case the order is paid in different currency the customer is obliged to pay all the expenses related to currency conversion. The price you pay for the selected products equals the sum of the prices that are valid for particular product at the time of purchase and are defined in the email message you receive after confirmation of the order. Customers also pay for all the shipping costs inline with the currently valid price list of Post of Slovenia. Customers outside of the European union are also obliged to pay all the extra costs related to the import of the product in their country inline with their local laws.

We offer payments with Paypal (credit and debit cards) as well as direct transaction to our bank account. After confirmation of your order you receive an email message with all the relevant information about your order. Payments to our bank account should be settled within 3 working days from confirmation of your order. In case the payment is not settled the order is canceled and the relevant products are returned to the webstore. All the orders are shipped with the original printed invoice, unless the customer decides to send the order on a different address as a gift. In this case the name of the customer is added to the shipped order and the customer receives the scanned version of the invoice in separate email message.

We accept custom orders through the contact form or directly to our email address kvickekvacke@gmail.com. The prices and timelines are discussed directly with customers and none of the enquiries is binding until the customer confirms the order.

The orders are generally shipped on the day of the payment or latest 3 working days after the payment is received. The delivery date can vary based on the target country and completely depends on postal services. After the order is received it should be checked for potential damage related to the shipment. The damage originating from the shipment itself should be discussed directly with postal service.

Coupons that are shared via our newsletter and through our social network profiles can be used for discounts. The coupon code, the amount of discount and the expiry date are always unambiguously marked on each coupon. In order to use a coupon you should enter its code in the Coupon field in Cart before you confirm your order. The discount will be automatically subtracted from the price of the order. You can use only one coupon per order.

If the package you receive is damaged, without its content or shows the signs of being opened you should open a complaint at postal service, which delivered it. If you receive the wrong product, if the product has any kind of mistake or you are just not satisfied with it you can withdraw the purchase contract without stating the reason. To withdraw the purchase contract you must send us an email message to kvickekvacke@gmail.com up to 14 days after you received the product. You can either choose to get another product of the same value or we can return you the money by transaction to your bank account. The product you are not satisfied with should be returned to us together with the invoice and in the original package in 30 days from the day of your notice on purchase contract withdrawal. In case we find out that the product was damaged because of its improper usage we reserve the right to decline your purchase contract withdrawal. You can not withdraw the purchase contract for custom made products, which were designed and made by your desires.

We are not liable for (1) any interruption, malfunction, downtime or other failure of the website or online services, our system, databases or any of its components, for whatever reason, (2) any loss or damage arising from any purchase or action on your part based on the information provided on the website, (3) any loss or damage with regard to customer data or other data directly or indirectly caused by malfunction of our system, third party systems, power failures, unlawful access to or theft of data, computer viruses or destructive code on our system or third party systems and (4) any event over which we have no direct control.

By voluntarily subscribing to our newsletter you agree (1) to receive occasional marketing emails from us containing the information on new products, special offers and discounts and (2) to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Mailchimp web service, which we use for sending the newsletter. We reserve the right to unsubscribe you from newsletter service, without notice. You can at any time unsubscribe from our newsletter by sending us an email message to kvickekvacke@gmail.com.
