Payment and shipment


We offer payments with Paypal (credit and debit cards) as well as direct transaction to our bank account. After confirmation of your order you receive an email message with all the relevant information about your order. Payments to our bank account should be settled within 3 working days from confirmation of your order. In case the payment is not settled the order is canceled and the relevant products are returned to the webstore. All the orders are shipped with the original printed invoice, unless the customer decides to send the order on a different address as a gift. In this case the name of the customer is added to the shipped order, while customer receives the scanned version of the invoice in separate email message.


The orders are generally shipped on the day of the payment or latest 3 working days after the payment is received. The delivery date can vary based on the target country and completely depends on postal services. After the order is received it should be checked for potential damage related to the shipment. The damage originating from the shipment itself should be discussed directly with postal service.


You will receive all your products in a transparent organza gift bag. In case you would like to give our product as a gift, we recommend you to purchase one of our lovely gift boxes, which are also available as a product in our webstore. The chosen gift box will be shipped to you disassembled.
